COA, multifamily, commercial, and single-family residential management throughout Washington. He provides executive oversight of community operations and partners with Boards to develop customized

strategies that improve resident satisfaction, preserve assets, and support long-term

financial stability. His expertise includes strategic budgeting, reserve and capital planning, project management, contract negotiation, vendor procurement, governance, compliance,

and organizational leadership. Jared is especially recognized for disciplined capital project

oversight and contractor relationships that have produced millions of dollars in documented savings while maintaining quality and accountability. He is a licensed Washington State Real Estate Broker.

Janie brings more than 38 years of executive leadership experience in multifamily residential, HOA, COA, and community management across Washington, Colorado, and Kentucky. As Principal, she provides executive oversight of property and community operations, partnering with Boards, owners, and management teams to improve

performance, strengthen communication, and protect long-term asset value. Her expertise includes operational leadership, financial planning, budgeting, staff development, regulatory compliance, owner and resident relations, vendor management, and strategic planning. Janie is recognized for collaborative leadership, attention to detail, and responsive service. She is a licensed Washington State Real Estate Broker and holds the

CAM and C3P professional designations.

Anna brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in HOA, COA, multifamily, commercial, student housing, LIHTC, and HUD property management across Washington, Idaho, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and Ohio. As President of Community Management, she provides executive oversight of all communities under management,

ensuring operational excellence, financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. Her expertise includes budgeting, reserve planning, staff leadership, contract negotiation, vendor management, organizational development, and

strategic portfolio operations. Anna is Top Tier's Washington State Designated Broker, a member of CAI, and holds the CAM and CAPS designations.
